Remember it is often easy for the person who is supporting you to see the error message on your MAC or iPad. To assist with this a screen capture can be taken of the message and then emailed through to Michael, Apple Support or one of us.
To take a screen capture from your Mac
hold down the Shift, Command , 4 keys at the same time
you will hear a click similar to a camera taking a photo
the image will be stored on your desktop
simply attach the image to an email or save in iPhoto for later use
To take a screen capture with your iPad
Hold down the sleep/wake button and the home button for second
you will hear a click similar to a camera
don't hold too long or you will reset the iPad
the image will be stored in your Photo Application
open the image to be sent and post by email or message by clicking on the up arrow in the lower right hand corner Return to this session
